We should be aware that we are not machines. Job is not the only thing in our lives. Life is always much more important than work. However, that does not mean we should treat job badly.

3. Have regular sleep schedule

Develop a good habits of regular sleep is the start of healthy life. And it brings you good body as well as benefits you good quality of sleep, which means better mental status for work.

4. Slow down

The awareness of slowing down your life pace is also a good thing contributing to a perfect balance of your life and job. For example, slow down your walk, driving and words to shift your attention to your surroundings, which will bring what you missed in your previous life experiences. 5. Don not force yourself to inject in circumstances you don’t like

6. Being with family and friends

Say goodbye to TV, soft sofa and computer. Enjoy the time with family and friends. And also try to create such opportunities to being with them to enjoy your life for you deserve that.

7. Enrich your spare time

Being a volunteer is a good idea for your spare time. It provides the chance for you to help other, which makes you feel good when doing it. And also, you will know you better and find your strength.
